How It Works:
Step 1:
Once you are on the phone with Comp-Solve you will be directed back
to this page to initiate the screen-sharing session.
Step 2:
You are prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in. This step is only
done once per machine.
Step 3:
With your permission, Comp-Solve can view your screen and share control of
your mouse and keyboard.
Step 4:
You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have
overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the
screen-sharing session at any time.

FAQ's
How much does the service cost?
What do I need in order to use this service?
In order to use our service, all you require is an internet connection.
Broadband works best however we can provide support even on dial-up
connections
Does it work with all types of internet
connection?
YES! Our system works on any connection.
Dial-Up / Modem, Router, Broadband and Wireless
Does this mean that you can always connect to my
computer?
Not at all. You actually connect to us! The service works in reverse. You
run the connection software which connects your PC with an engineer. When
the support session is complete, the connection software is removed from
your computer automatically. We can only reconnect if you run the
connection agent again.
I'm worried about someone else connecting?
The system is 100% Safe. The connection only connects your computer to our
engineer. It is not possible for anyone else to connect to your machine.
The connection also uses 128bit encryption which means all data between
your PC and the engineer PC is scrambled.
